Lt Col Shivnandan Singh served 23 years in the Army before taking premature retirement in 2006. Prior to leaving the forces, he took up a full-time certification course in Strategic HR from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India. After retirement he was picked up to head the HR function in an Experiential Marketing Company as AVP (HR) from June 2006 to Oct 2008.

Lt Col Rajeev Sahni has over three decades of work experience under his belt, 25 years in the Indian Army and over 10 years in the corporate sector. He was also nominated as Instructor of Special Forces Academy (Certified Trainer) – top 5% profiles. He was instrumental in designing and organizing customized training & development programs for about 1250 persons including officers.
